Terms of Service
Last updated 26 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you (the business owner) and easySocially. By creating an account and subscribing, you accept them.
What the service does
easySocially reviews how your business is performing on social media, plans what to post, writes the posts, and publishes them to the channels you connect. You send us photos of your work; we do the rest.
Your authorisation for us to post on your behalf
This is the most important term here, so it is stated plainly:
- You authorise easySocially to create and publish content to the social accounts you connect, acting on your behalf, until you disconnect them or close your account.
- Posts are written by an automated system. Copy is generated by software, and may be produced with the help of AI. It is based on your business details, your photos and your stated voice. No human reviews every post before it is published.
- You confirm you are authorised to grant this. You must own, or be an administrator of, each account you connect, and have the right to let us post to it.
- You choose how much you review. Three settings: approve every post yourself; get a window to object before posts go out automatically; or let posts go out without review. You can change this at any time in Settings.
- Some posts always wait for you. Regardless of your setting, anything our system identifies as sensitive — a price, a discount, a guarantee, or a mention of a named customer — is held until you personally approve it.
- You remain responsible for what is published under your name. Review your posts if that matters to you, and use the stricter approval settings if you would rather check everything first. You can delete any published post in one click.
We record when you accept these terms and when you connect each channel, including what that channel’s permissions allow, so there is a clear trail of what you agreed to.
What we will not do
- Post content generated as fake imagery of work you did not do. We publish your real photos.
- Publish anything sensitive without your explicit approval.
- Claim results we have not measured on your own accounts.
- Sell your data or use your photos to train AI models.
- Keep your accounts if you leave — everything we published can be removed, and access is revoked immediately on disconnection.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate business details, and keep them current.
- Only send us photos you own or have permission to publish, including permission from anyone identifiable in them.
- Follow the rules of the platforms you connect. Their terms apply to your accounts as well as ours.
- Keep your login secure.
Text messages (SMS program terms)
Program name: easySocially Photo Line. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send text messages about your account to that number.
- What we send: reminders to text us photos of your work, requests to approve posts, and notices about your account.
- How often: message frequency varies with your plan and with how many posts are waiting for you.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
- Stopping: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@easysocially.com.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your choice: agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How we handle your mobile number is explained in our Privacy Policy. We never share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, either monthly or yearly, depending on the plan and billing period you choose. Prices are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and the service continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a billing period unless the law requires it.
Your plan determines how deeply we analyse your business and how much we monitor around it. It does not buy a number of posts — how much we publish depends on what your business actually needs that month.
Things outside our control
We publish through third-party platforms. If a platform changes its rules, suspends an account, has an outage, or rejects a post, we will tell you and adapt — but we cannot guarantee any platform will accept or keep any given post, and we are not responsible for their decisions about your account.
We do not promise particular business results. Social media outcomes depend on many things we do not control.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel whenever you like from Billing. We may end the agreement if you do not pay, or if you use the service to publish unlawful content. On termination we stop posting, revoke our access to your channels, and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially — particularly the authorisation section above — we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version before we continue posting for you.
